Custom Orders - Turnaround Time

Most items sold on this site have the ability to be customized.  This could be anything from adding a name to an existing product to designing your own custom product from start to finish.

Customizing can include the style, material, color and text going onto the product.  Several products also are available in various sizes.

If you see an item that is out of stock that you like, please contact us to see if it is possible to make another one.  Because of the constant changing of styles and interest  of products in this industry, we tend to make custom order versus maintaining an inventory of one particular item.

All turnaround times listed below assume that the design has been finalized and approved by the customer.  The estimates below are based on production time with materials in stock and normal additional orders in production at the same time. All of the orders are personally made by me which may add or reduce the times estimated below.  Feel free to contact me if you have need a rushed order and I will let you know if it is possible and it there will be a rush charge.

Turn Around Times For Custom Orders
Ceramic Mugs: These mugs use a dye sublimation method.  Once the design is finalized, a mug can be sent out within a day or two. 

Epoxy Tumblers: Most epoxy tumblers (depending on the materials used) will take between 3-5 layers of epoxy.  Considering the dry time necessary between layers as well as a proper cure time after the final coat before sending out, a turnaround time for tumblers is usually 2-3 weeks. 

Pens and Pencils: These products have a fairly quick turnaround.  If the design is finalized, it can be 3-5 days to leave the studio.  

Keychains and Badge Reels:  These products are also fairly quick to turn around.  Usually 3-5 days before leaving the studio.
