Shipping policy

Due to the customizable nature of these products and the limited availability of most fabrics, shipping times vary.  If we have all of the items in stock, we do our best to get order out in 3 business days or less.  If there are several items that need to be manufactured this can delay shipment.  If there is an urgency to receive the items you want, please contact us via email before placing the order. We usually get back to you within 24 hours or less.  We will then be able to give you an expected ship date.  

Note:  Due to recent delays with the United States Postal Service (USPS), we are not able to guarantee delivery date using this method.  We have had some items lost using the USPS.  When using USPS I like to ship items with tracking for a slightly higher cost.
