Refund policy

Damages and issues
All of our products go through a visual inspection before shipment.  Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.  We will evaluate the issue and determine the best course of action.

Sale and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We ask that you send us a photo of the damaged item and we will contact you with a recommended resolution.  It may be a case where we can send you a replacement item or if necessary the same or similar item.  If a repair or replacement is deemed necessary, the defective product must be returned to us before a replacement or repaired product is sent back.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
